As a proud resident of this community, I have had the privilege of calling this exceptional rental community my home, and I can't help but rave about the unparalleled experience it offers. The community's architecture seamlessly integrates with its natural surroundings, creating a beautiful living environment. My apartment is a true masterpiece of modern luxury, designed with spacious layouts, top-notch finishes, and thoughtful details that make everyday life a pleasure. The extensive range of amenities, including a pool, spa, a top-tier fitness center, a yoga studio, and inviting entertainment lounges, elevate daily life to a resort-like experience. The attentive staff make every resident feel like royalty. Regularly organized events and gatherings foster a strong sense of community among residents, making Azura more than just a place to live; it's a place to belong.

My family and I moved to Azura 5 months ago and so far we love it. The inside landscaping is beautiful, specially for me that I had a baby a few months ago and we can enjoy going out and walk around the buildings. They offer activities every month which is a plus to meet our neighbors and build a better community. The apartment we live in is a 3 bedroom /2 bathroom and it’s so beautiful, a lot of space and nice quality equipment. Overall a great place to live.

Stayed there for a year, then come renewal rent went up $500. $2800 for a 797sqft 1/1. Do not recommend. Lousy management, will charge you to spray apartment after you moved out after repeatedly telling them on multiple occasions that you had a roach problem and they sprayed 3 times while you were there. And then a cleaning fee as well after you hired someone to come and clean and the place was spotless. Crooks, Poor management, poor facilities, poor maintenance. Do not move here

I couldn't be happier with Azura! It truly feels like home. The sense of belonging and camaraderie among neighbors is truly heartwarming. The amenities are top-notch, and there's always something fun and exciting happening here, whether it's community events, fitness classes, or just friendly gatherings at the clubhouse. But what truly sets this community apart is the caring and welcoming atmosphere. It's a place where everyone knows your name, and the support system is incredible. If you're looking for a community that offers not just a place to live, but a vibrant and warm-hearted lifestyle, this is the place to be.

Management here is a joke. I’ve lived here for 3 years now when rent was at $1900 and is now $2500. To renew rent will increase to $2700. Prices increase so you deal with it, cool. Someone stole out of my garage and of course management does not care because “you’re responsible”. Pet owners allow their dogs to poop on the grass and side walks and leave it there. I can’t count the amount of times my baby has almost picked up and stepped in poop near the stairs. Nothing is done about it. I forgot to remind my guest who was staying over to forward park and her car was towed at 1am! No courtesy warning as it’s the first time EVER. Also literally everyone here backs in when parking as the spaces are small and tight. Cars are left alone only putting orange stickers on as a warning. As a resident who follows all the rules gets towed the first time, and had to pay $175 to get my friend’s car. Walls are thin and my neighbors don’t care about quiet hours. Between arguing and loud parties late night at the pool. I can hear people on their balconies from inside my bathroom. And the way everyone lets their doors slam all day and night drives me insane! There’s also not enough parking here for residents. I pay too much here to be this unsatisfied and will be paying almost $5000 to break my lease 4 months early.!!!

I honestly don’t like giving bad reviews or talking bad about anyone or anything but truly so bothered by the management or staff in this community property, since the beginning we told them the issues with the credit and they said it did not matter (first lie) to go ahead and apply after being denied we lost $200 and it’s been three weeks still waiting for the $300 they are supposed to give us back, every time we call oh so so sorry the check is not ready. Wish they would be honest with the costumers. Truly disappointed and would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.
